1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pk444 ("pk444", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the pk444 website at pk444.asia, its mobile application, and all services, products, and content offered thereon (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the pk444 website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any part of the Services, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using pk444 and close any existing account.

pk444 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to pk444 and all gambling and betting services offered thereon is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. pk444 does not permit access to persons under 18 under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Services voluntarily and not on behalf of another person.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, or contractor of pk444 or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from pk444 or had your account closed for breach of these Terms.

pk444 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to confirm eligibility. Where documents are requested and not provided within a reasonable timeframe, pk444 may suspend or permanently close the account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) pk444 account only. Operating multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses held across those accounts.

When registering a pk444 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number (03XX format) or email address, and any additional information required during KYC.
• Keep your account credentials, including your password, strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify pk444 immediately via live chat support if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Maintain accurate personal information and update it promptly if any details change.

pk444 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of a player failing to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials. Players are solely responsible for all activity occurring under their pk444 account.

pk444 reserves the right to close any account that was opened using false or misleading information, and to recover any funds paid out as a result of fraudulent registration.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pk444 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk444 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. The minimum deposit is PKR 200. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by method and are displayed in the cashier section of your pk444 account.

Players may only deposit using payment methods registered in their own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. pk444 reserves the right to return funds to the originating payment method if a third-party deposit is detected.

Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. pk444 may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by method: mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, Easypaisa) are typically completed within a few hours; bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) may take one to three business days.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pk444 offers a welcome bonus and periodic promotional offers to eligible players. All bonus offers are subject to the specific Terms and wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. In the absence of specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonuses are credited to your pk444 account in PKR.
• All bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• pk444 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus and associated winnings if the bonus is found to have been claimed through fraudulent means, or if multiple accounts were used to circumvent bonus restrictions.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on pk444 are subject to the platform's general betting rules and the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, or casino game. By placing a bet or playing a casino game on pk444, you agree to those rules in addition to these Terms.

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by pk444, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• pk444 reserves the right to void any bet placed at erroneous odds or on markets that were incorrectly offered due to a technical error.
• Cricket betting markets – including PSL, international Test, ODI, and T20I series – are settled in accordance with pk444's published cricket betting rules.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. pk444 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• pk444 reserves the right to impose maximum win limits on any game or betting market at its discretion.

Any suspected use of software tools, bots, automated betting scripts, or any method designed to gain an unfair advantage over pk444 or other players is prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on pk444 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Operating more than one pk444 account.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Using pk444's Services for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal purpose.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or sports betting.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or technical errors to generate winnings. Any winnings generated through such exploitation are void.
• Using third-party services that generate automated bets or interact with pk444's betting markets without human decision-making.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any pk444 software, content, or intellectual property.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals with your payment provider while retaining wagering activity on your pk444 account.

8. Responsible Gaming

pk444 is committed to providing a safe and controlled gambling environment. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders, accessible directly from account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit limits that take effect immediately when set and require a 24-hour cooling period before being increased.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds over defined periods.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify you after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporary account deactivation from 24 hours up to 6 weeks.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk444 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct or indirect financial losses resulting from gambling or betting activity on the platform.
• Losses arising from service interruptions, technical faults, network outages, or third-party system failures.
• Loss of data, profits, revenue, business, or goodwill arising from use or inability to use the Services.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account where the player has failed to maintain the security of their login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pk444's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. The Services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

11. Privacy & Data

pk444 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering a pk444 account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information as described therein.

pk444 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with identity verification providers, payment processors, and fraud prevention services as necessary to operate the platform and comply with applicable legal obligations.

12. Amendments to These Terms

pk444 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, pk444 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the registered email address or a notice on the platform. The revised Terms will be effective from the date stated in the notice.

Continued use of pk444's Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your pk444 account before the effective date.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which pk444 is incorporated and operates. Nothing in these Terms affects any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and pk444, you must first contact pk444 support and allow a reasonable period (not less than 14 days) for pk444 to resolve the matter internally. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it shall be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body as notified by pk444.
